Listening for His Voice

Shhhh, can we quiet our minds to hear the still, quiet voice of the King walking through the garden of our hearts? Can we unplug the data connections to the many modes of communication that conflict with His quiet voice reassuring us of our redeemed lives? Are we listening as He shares all that have been restored to us, the reborn sons of God? Can we stop listening to those thoughts that we think are us, yet are coming from the wicked one counterfeiting as us?

For 400 years, the voice of the Lord could not be heard, until...Yeshua was born. Even His cry was the voice of God. As a boy, it was the voice of God. As a Man, the Son of Man, we heard God speak, we hear Him speak through the scriptures. We hear Him speak in so many ways, but nothing compares to Him speaking to us directly within our spirit through Holy Spirit. “My sheep hear my voice.”

Even after Yeshua Messiah arose, He went to the Father to present Himself as the sinless Sacrifice for all mankind. You and I get the opportunity to present ourselves as a living sacrifice to the King, every day, every moment to listen and receive from the mind of God. Think about it. We are living sacrifices as Yeshua became for us. We live sacrificially to behold His glory as we live in His presence now, washed and redeemed by His blood. We have entered in now because of the entrance way made through Yeshua, to a life that was once forbidden due to disobedience and is now only accessible through the One who obeyed His Father unto death. We have access, because of the One who loved us with an everlasting love and restored abundant life to us. Yes, we are the REDEEMED and so we say so

Shut down all the voices and listen....”amazing grace, how sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now I am found, was blind but now I see. I can hear the sound of Your voice....
